Refund policy
We created the Navigator Journals based on many years of experience creating useful and insightful journals for our customers. We have explained in the Site of our belief in how people can benefit from its use. It may not be a match for your style of working or your need for a journal or notebook.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. To start a return, you can contact us at info@NavigatorJournals.com to describe your concerns.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will confirm appropriate refunds within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit-card company to process and post the refund too.
